How long is order processing time?
Orders process within 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
For domestic orders, we ship via USPS, and they will likely arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on whether you select Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. International orders are dependent on the shipping provider.
How are orders packaged for shipping?
Items are individually packaged in plastic zip-top bags or plastic capsules for fragile items, and packed in a sturdy cardboard box with fillers such as paper, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts to minimize movement during transit.
What are stress ball products made out of?
Our stress balls start with a TPR casing and are filled with non-toxic ingredients, including (but not limited to): PVA, foam clay, petroleum jelly, silicone, and soap products. Texture add-ins include plastic, TPR, silicone, or glass.
Can the appearance of handmade stress balls change during transit?
Due to the soft nature of many stress ball fillings and transit circumstances like storms and warm weather, stress ball fillings are likely to shift in transit—especially for layered stress balls that are intended to mix while playing.
What are dollhouse miniature products made of?
Dollhouse miniatures are primarily handmade from polymer clay, glue, resin, air-dry glaze, and pre-made ceramic/wooden/metal/plastic accessories.
What do I do if one or more items in my order arrived damaged?
