Everything here is made by hand in small batches, so here's a walkthrough of what happens between the moment you click "buy" and the moment a box shows up at your door.

Before Your Order Leaves Us

Give us 2–5 business days to pack and label your order. Occasionally, orders may take slightly longer to process, and you will receive a notification if that's the case.

Time in Transit

Once your package is moving, expect roughly 3–7 business days inside the US and 7–21 business days everywhere else.

These are carrier estimates and are out of our control. Storms, customs queues, and holiday backlogs all pull them around. However, if you encounter serious carrier issues or a package is lost, contact us at brittanys.miniatures@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Keeping Tabs on It

A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your label is scanned. Nothing after a few days past your ship date? Check your spam folder, then message us and we'll resend it.

Check Your Address

Look over your address before you hit checkout. Once an order is in the mail, we can't redirect it, and we can't cover orders that go to an incorrectly entered address.

Undeliverable packages usually find their way back to us. If that happens, we'll reach out to you, but you'll need to cover the cost of the second postage.
